Can I follow along with these like a program? No. The weekly workouts are random and often times may be a repeat of the same type of workout (e.g. two leg days posted in a row).
These may be workouts that you see on my instagram or just random workouts that I felt would be fun to share with you all ☺️. There is no set schedule!
I would consider this section sort of like my “free for all” section of the app. It’s a fun way to keep giving you new workouts for those days that you need something different from a program!
Where did the workout go that I liked?? After several weeks, older workouts will be moved to their respective category (e.g. a leg workout will go to the “lower body workouts” section of the app). The most recent workouts moved always go to the top of the section!
How often are workouts uploaded here? There is no set schedule!
I try to upload at least 2-3 new workouts a week but this will vary depending on new programs coming out, challenges, and stuff like that!
I do not recommend depending on this section for a consistent schedule 😊. Check-out all the sections with the different categories/body specific sections if you need more options!
