Hi there, so, I am about 4 months postpartum and have never really worked out within the past seven years having 5 children. All I know is how to run. Ideally I need a whole body workout so I am leaning towards starting with the one you mentioned, the full body, body weight program. My question is, does that program hone in on my abdomen? Is there another program you recommend for me? Thank you!!
