How is this program structured? Each video is around 15 minutes or less and ends with some "homework" for you to do on your own time. We do a short warm-up, practice some handstand drills, and go over handstand basics.
Videos vary between 10 and 20 minutes. Most are around 15 minutes.
This series builds up! It is not intended for you to do one consecutive day after the other! You should give yourself at least a day or more in between each handstand day to practice your homework and continue to build strength.
What level is this program for? This program is designed in a way that beginners and even more-experienced handstanders can gain some knowledge and tricks somewhere along the way. We start with the basics and end with more advanced handstands.
What equipment do I need? I use yoga blocks and a yoga strap for various days throughout this series. It is possible to do without, however, I recommend them to make many of the drills more accessible to you.
