What level of fitness is this course for?
This course is intended for ALL LEVELS. Almost every exercise in this series can be taken down in intensity or brought up in intensity. The idea is to push you outside your comfort zone and give you goals and exercises to work up to.
How is the course structured?
Each week contains 3 unique workouts that will make up a full body workout every time. Each workout contains 8 bodyweight exercises. Each exercise is done for 45 seconds of work with 20 seconds of rest in between. You repeat all 8 for 3 full rounds. No breaks other than your 20 seconds! Warm-Ups and Cool-Downs are provided, along with some additional stretches and exercises that you can use. Rest day activities will be updated periodically. The HIIT Series is faster-paced and is a bit more challenging (in different ways) than the original 30-Day Bodyweight Blast Program. Modifications are available for those that need lower-impact workouts. It is recommended to do the HIIT Series alongside the Concrete Core Series. These two pair well together and will leave you incredibly strong and toned!

This course requires NO EQUIPMENT. Just grab a mat and some space!
