What level is this program for? This yoga program is for ALL LEVELS. You may need to skip things from time to time or modify but that is the beauty of yoga! It is a constant discovery of new ways your body can move and pushing yourself to be a little uncomfortable at times.
What equipment do I need for this program? I recommend having as many yoga props as you can!
These are the ones I recommend:
• Yoga Blocks (highly encouraged)
• Yoga Strap
• Bolster or Pillow
• Blanket (optional)
What is the structure of this program? This program is 20 days, with no set amount of classes that you have to do per week.
My suggestion is to start with 3 days a week and adjust as needed! You can do the days consecutively or every other day or every 2 days! It is really up to you and what you can handle.
Is music included for the classes? No. Music is not included in the classes! I did this because there is not great royalty free music to use for yoga :).
