What level of fitness is this course for?
This course is intended for ALL LEVELS. Almost every exercise in this series can be taken down in intensity or brought up in intensity. The idea is to push you outside your comfort zone and give you goals and exercises to work up to.
How is this course structured?
Each week contains 3 separate workouts that are all centered around strengthening and toning your entire core. Each workout contains 6 exercises. Each exercise is done for 45 seconds of work with 20 seconds of rest in between. You repeat all 6 for 3 full rounds. No breaks other than your 20 seconds!
What equipment do I need?
No equipment needed!! Just grab yourself and some space!
