How is this challenge structured? Do I need equipment? This challenge is designed for you to do for 4 weeks, 5 days per week. All exercises are bodyweight and do not require any equipment! You are welcome to add equipment if you would like to :).
Each day is 30 minutes or less! Most days are between 10 and 20 minutes long.
You are welcome to do all 5 workouts in a row or separate them and give yourself a couple rest days in between. It is totally up to you!
The workouts are "slide-through" style. This means that you can go at your own pace and are just following along with the on-screen exercises and descriptions. If you need a workout playlist, please visit my "Insights" tab for that!
What level is this challenge for? This challenge is for ALL LEVELS of fitness!! Modifications are welcomed and encouraged. Please DM me through the app to ask questions about modifications you aren't sure of.
When does the challenge begin and end? This challenge will start Sunday, September 4th and will end Sunday, October 2nd. I will give you a 5-day GRACE PERIOD to get any last-minute workouts in so that you can be apart of the drawing for winners! Please try to stick with it though and get your 5 in every single week!!
