What level of fitness is this course for? This course is intended for ALL LEVELS. Almost every exercise in this series can be taken down in intensity or brought up in intensity. The idea is to push you outside your comfort zone and give you goals and exercises to work up to.
How is the course structured? This course is fully-guided, NOT "follow-along' style.
· Each week contains 5 separate workouts that will work specific areas of your body.
· The first day of the week will be a full-body workout, the second day is legs + booty, third is core + upper body, fourth is legs + booty, and last is again core + upper body.
· Your full-body workout days will contain 9 unique exercises and are repeated for three rounds each with a 1-minute break upon completion of every 3 workouts.
· On your legs + booty or core + upper body days, you will have 6 unique exercises that will also be repeated for 3 rounds with a 1-minute break after the completion of the first three exercises.
· The series is designed to have two rest days each week, but that will also be left to personal preference.
What equipment do I need? This program requires NO EQUIPMENT. However, you are welcome to add dumbbells, booty bands, or anything else to level up your workouts. If you are a tight person, you may want a pillow, blanket, and/or a couple of yoga block for your cool-down stretches.
