What equipment do I need for this challenge? No equipment needed! However, you are welcome to bring in your dumbbells and/or kettlebells to add a little extra spice!
How do I fit the workouts in to my routine? These workouts are short and designed fo you to do at any time of the day! My recommendation is to do them right away in the morning or before a workout as a warm-up. Yes, you can do them alongside your regular fitness routine just fine :).
What other fitness can I add to the challenge? Anything you would like!
I recommend doing one of my programs with weights alongside the challenge.
Most popular programs:
• Bootcamp Programs 1.0 & 2.0 ➡️ 30-40 min workouts that are all timed. You use dumbbells and small props like heel elevating surfaces and a plyometric box or equivalent. This is a fully-guided program by me.
• Dumbbell Program ➡️ all dumbbell workouts that on average take between 30-45 minutes. Workouts are in "slide-through" style so you can go at your own pace. All levels!
• Home Gym Program ➡️ A program that incorporates a barbell, dumbbells, kettlebells (optional), and a plyometric box (or equivalent). Slide-through style so you can go at your own pace. The advantage of this program is its easier to go heavier with your weights with the barbell included.
• Builder Programs 1.0 & 2.0 ➡️ a dumbbells and kettlebells program focused on building stronger, lean muscle. There are more "traditional" workouts in this program and slightly longer rest breaks with more rounds. Workouts take anywhere between 40-60 minutes. Slide-through style so you can go at your own pace.
What do I have to do to be considered for prizes at the end? Rules to be entered in for the prizes:

• Check-in on the community post of the day and comment that you have the day completed! ➡️ you will find the community posts under the "Community" tab in the Playbook app. You can also post your updates on Instagram and I will be keeping up with those.
• IMPORTANT - if you do not do the workout on the exact day, THAT IS OKAY - just make sure to check-in with the community post when you do!
• The journaling is extra but HIGHLY recommended. This is a great way to establish a healthy mindset right away to start the New Year.
Some last things:
• Be honest :). If you did not do the day then please do not say that you did just to check off the box. Hold yourself accountable and complete the challenge days to the best of your ability! They are only 11-mins so they can easily fit in at any time of your day.
