How to get the best outcome of the program? Accountability, holding yourself accountable in check ins, actually listening to your body. Does this leg day actually not serve you? Or are tired today and don’t want to? I want you to fully lean into yourself and your abolition to push yourself to your fullest potential, while living a balanced and intuitive lifestyle.
How to schedule the program into a week? Go with the flow!
Each Monday the workouts will come out, it will be five days of exercises. You can decide what feels best for each day.
What do I need to participate in this program? For this program you will need to
- send over your before photos on your profile, in the progress tab
- send over your goals for this challenge in the messages
- make sure you are checking in with every workout, via Instagram or leaving a review/comment on here about your workout
