About the program

In this six week program, we will be working towards conditioning the full body. It consists of three different workouts performed on three different days per week with rest days in between. This program is a starter pack for those looking to begin their gym life journey and adapt their lifestyle both physically and mentally.

From a very young age, I have been involved in all types of sports that built my motivation in working out after I finish school, which can be difficult.
