Football Position Coach


What’s up everyone it’s Sean and Liam Clifford and welcome to the Clifford Bros training app! We are 2 college football players, playing on the same team, Sean being a QB and Liam a WR. On top of that we are brothers. People always ask us, “What is it like being on a team with your brother?” All throughout grade school and high school we were never able to play on the same football team because we were 4 years apart, but it was a dream of ours to do so. Both of us being highly recruited 4 star athletes out of high school, Sean an All-American, and both D1 Ohio state champions we had tough decisions to make on where to take the next step and play college football. Sean decided to go to Penn State University in 2017 which was the same year Liam was going to be a freshman in high school. After going through the recruiting process Liam then decided to join Sean, the starting QB at Penn State, to play WR where we would begin our first football season on the same team. After several years of hard work, dedication, and determination we are finally able to live out our dream ever since we were young and play on the same college football team while chasing after the same aspiration of winning a national championship. So to answer your question, it is a once in a lifetime experience that could not be passed up. We couldn’t be more excited to see what the next step is on our journey. We are undeniable proof that anything is possible when you put the work in!

Field Workout Requirements - Any open field - Cones - Agility Ladder - A football Strength Training Requirements - Dumbbells, barbell, kettle bell, resistance bands, gym equipment - Foam roller - Can’t find a gym? Use any of the equipment listed above at home as well!
