I believe everyone has their own personal fitness journey to experience. Let me help build you a personal map towards your successful future. Katrina Brandt I started “working out” not because I wanted to but as a way to show my then boyfriend (now husband) that I supported his training business. Little did I know that I would fall in love with training. Since starting with Chad I have become a WNBF Pro Bikini Champion, a Champion Olympic weightlifter and a Femsport multi medallist. I want to share some of what I love about working out with you!!
My goals are to educate, guide and share my training knowledge and past fitness experiences that have lead me to transforming thousands of peoples lives for the better!
Training Requirements
Home based: dumbbells, pull-up bar, kettlebell (can use db), small box mid-shin height, weight vest if needed, bands. Gym based: this could be a home gym that has everything or a regular gym. ESD: skip rope, db, pull-up bar, kettlebell, mat, cardio machine, heart rate monitor, timer MAP: skip rope, db, bb, kettlebell, box, timer, heart rate monitor.
