Hey everyone! I'm Scott Kemp, a 38 year old personal trainer with 15 years of experience training clients 1on1 in persons. I've spent my entire career focusing on becoming the best trainer to my ability. With over 10 different personal training certifications covering backgrounds such as nutrition, sports performance, pain reduction, mobility, strength and fat loss. I've mastered my craft and have now spent the last several years training and developing other personal trainers in San Diego CA. I also spent 15 years of my life competing in professional paintball all around the world. I know, super random and crazy, but one of the greatest experiences of my life that taught me a lot. My methods are science based training focused on the busy middle aged man, to move better, feel better and look better in a world of information overload and chaos. I help streamline your time and effort so you can focus on your life. My goal with this training app is to put all 15 years of my education and experience into one easy to follow and access platform for you to utilize so you can improve your health and fitness without the guesswork and over-complications of the internet. All done on your own systems that guide and educate you at an affordable cost for everyone to enjoy.

There are some home workouts and nutrition courses here, but most of the training will require a commercial gym.
