WELCOME to the Sunny Side of Health and Wellness! Wherever you are in your fitness journey, I believe this program is for you! Beginners Guide to Strength Training focuses on the fundamentals to help you build sustainable habits. I understand how overwhelming gym culture and weightlifting can feel, so I've designed this program to simplify the process and bring you back to the basics! This is a progressive overload program, so you'll see some exercises repeated each week. This is designed to help you get stronger over time! Focus on proper form and keeping track of your small wins! Try to increase the weight you lift each week and watch as you see results mentally and physically!
