My current split is alternating from “A Day” and “B Day”. One being, Chest + Back + Triceps + Core and other being, Legs + Biceps + Shoulders + Forearms. We will stick with this program for most likely 6-8 weeks - I will update if that changes.

Hey, I am Sarie! I love moving and exercising my body, whether that be through weightlifting, yoga, hiking, or walking. I am currently finishing up my NASM CPT Course but for now I just want to share my workout plan with others. I am a Marine Corps Veteran and have been very active through my 23 years of life.
