Welcome to SBW Fitness! I’m Sarah! I’m a stay at home mom of 2, small scale homesteader, sourdough baker, and a lover of all things nerdy! My passion for fitness began 7 years ago after the birth of my 2nd child. I began with home workouts before transitioning to the gym. My inspiration for my certifications came from my kids. I am a homeschooler and my kids aren’t sports oriented so we needed an alternative for gym class and so came my Youth Fitness Trainer Certification! My true training passion lies with the kids…teaching the kids the value of movement and being strong. So, my channel will be featuring adult and youth fitness workouts! I hope you enjoy it!
