Even though I hate doing tricep dips, I'm getting better at them. They're actually starting to look more like yours lol! I remember starting out I had to keep my knees bent. Now I can extend them and do a full butt sit and bring it back up for about 12-15 reps before I need a break β€

I was having trouble with the triceps dips I couldnβt make more then two and now I can do it with one break π
