So I haven’t worked out in 3 days, not because I was sore, but because I got really discouraged, feeling down about myself, checking the scale & over eating. It’s okay to take a break & it’s okay to let your body go through those emotions. Here I am 3 days later, & I am so glad that I pushed myself. 💜 Excited to jump back into it.

Hard to complete workout while holding my wight up on a weight. It hurts the palm of my hand. 😅
