It was awesome honestly! I’ve had three babies in less than 3 years & I haven’t worked out for 4 years & this burned me out haha! But I feel amazing…I’ll be sore later but I’m ready to be toned out again ‘& want to lose a bit of weight

Okay, so I was feeling the burn within 5 minutes and I ended up cramping up. LOL. I should probably do some stretches since I am not flexible whatsoever. Great workout!

Love the stretching incorporated at the end! I normally don’t take the time to do this but when it’s included I do! ;)
