Okay, so I was feeling the burn within 5 minutes and I ended up cramping up. LOL. I should probably do some stretches since I am not flexible whatsoever. Great workout!

That one felt much harder than the others. Had to take a break midway after fainting… feeling a little discouraged :( Other than today, I’ve been loving the app. I’m hoping I was just having a weak day.
