Honestly, I’m so proud! I’m already seeing improvement! The first 2 weeks I couldn’t hold the “v-hold” and had to do the modification! Today was the first day I held the V-hold without a modification all three rounds for the full 30 seconds :) You constantly motivate me! Thank you 💕
