This was my first workout ever in the app and I loved it! All of the tools like the timer, check boxes and videos right there were so helpful! That workout was plenty difficult but not over whelming and none of the exercises I dreaded.

Amazing! Great workout. Each item is enough so you don’t get burnt out and the variation of the work outs keeps it from getting boring. Although I like that you are not talking/being pushy, some call it motivation? Lol it is a little quiet. Maybe add some music option to listen to during the workout?

I prefer it harder but shorter. Because I combine this with like a leg workout, a nice, quick, hard ab workout would be nice to finish with.

This was a great workout. Felt harder because I was sore from yesterday but the child’s pose at the end 👌

The last set was hard. So tired😂 but last set best set! Push through!

Felt more in the other ones, but still feels good

So good for day 3! I love that the workouts are challenging but not so hard that I dread them at all!
