This work out can be done at any skill level, beginner to advanced, but for any beginners… feel free to take as many rests and breaks as you need in order to finish the work out.
What do I need to participate in this program?
Ideally you need a jump rope, dumbbells, and a resistance band. If you do not have any equipment at all, no worries. Instead of jump roping, do jumping jacks. Instead of the arm workouts that require dumbbells, do push-ups. Regarding resistance bands, all of the workouts can be done without them in the same way.
How to schedule the program into a week?
Since you can do this work out anywhere, I suggest doing it in the morning to jumpstart your day. If you have 45 minutes to yourself to get your mind and body right, the rest of the day will go by much smoother. I’ve never heard of anyone being in a bad mood after a workout!
How to get the best outcome of the program?
If you cannot do the work out consistently, take as many breaks as you need but don’t give up. For you to get the best out of this program, giving up should not be an option.
