It was awesome honestly! Iā€™ve had three babies in less than 3 years & I havenā€™t worked out for 4 years & this burned me out haha! But I feel amazingā€¦Iā€™ll be sore later but Iā€™m ready to be toned out again ā€˜& want to lose a bit of weight
