Great tips on staying motivated! It’s a struggle for everyone, but I find it easier to think of working out like brushing your teeth. You wouldn’t end your day without brushing so I’m not ending my day without working out or moving my body in a healthy way.

I’ve been really consistent with my workouts so far and that was my first time missing one so I feel pretty bad about it but still don’t feel up to it today either 😩

Funny I started out working out lazy. Stop midway then keep going put little effort but I told myself it might be little effort today but you still didn't give up or cheat at the workout
