All upper body mobility classes will train shoulders, shoulder blades, wrists, elbows and spine. Classes in this category will be focused on increasing your passive range of motion and increasing the strength of your active range of motion. If classes are in this category, they are heavy upper body sessions and some might have a side of lower body training as well. All classes are for all levels unless otherwise noted. You will want blocks for sure! There will be options to add weights & resistance bands.

Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
