Fitness for me is all about feeling good and finding that healthy balance for YOU! Being a mom I also know its hard to find the time but doing something is better than nothing and you ALWAYS feel good for it after. I want this app to offer EVERYBODY something whether you want to train 6 days a week or just fit a 10 minute workout into your day! My speciality is functional fitness and I find a mix of cardio (yes dreaded burpees haha) and strength training gives me the best results and leaves me feeling strong and can be done with minimal equipment. I never used to keep fit or take care of myself and I wanted and needed to do it for me. I want the same for you too, exercise has brought so many benefits to my life physically, mentally & emotionally! I want you to have your own fabulous journey to a happier healthier lifestyle :)
Goals
My goal is to help enjoy your workout and enjoy fitness and build a healthy happy mindset through positive exercise and stretching. I want you to feel motivated to move your body yourself and do it for the feel good as well as pushing yourself to reach those goals , whether its increasing your weights at the gym or getting your first 10 full press ups at home! The best way to progress is consistency and I want you to look forward to doing your workouts each week and sticking to it!
Training Requirements
My workouts vary from being completely bodyweight to full gym access. There is always ways to scale a workout to what you have available. For home you will need a resistance band and either a kettlebell or a set of dumbbells, a yoga mat and blocks. Some of them are completely bodyweight - the workouts will state what you need!
