How to schedule the program into a week? The work outs only take 30 minutes, so they are the perfect blast before or after work. To be complete 3/5 times a week!
How to get the best outcome of the program? Along side these workouts make sure your practicing just the handstand itself. There is no cheat for handstand. The more you practice the easier it will get!
What do I need to participate in this program? Just yourself, your mat and a wall!
