I feel it in my back so much, i love it!! The one thing i couldn't do is the last workout - wide grip pull ups since i workout from home.

The video where I’m assuming your bf is talking at the beginning straight gave me a heart attack bc I thought a guy at the gym was like right behind me saying something in my ear 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 but good arm pump 💪🏽
