Your upper body will not be neglected- the main focus being shoulders and back to help achieve an hourglass look. Make sure you are fueling your body outside of the gym- plenty of food, sleep, and hydration- so that you can maximize your progress.

What is The Booty Blueprint?

The Booty Blueprint is an 8 week program designed to maximize lower body growth. This program focuses on compound movements as well as accessory/isolation work that will help you reach your dream physique. This program requires minimal machines- we stick to the basics around here. Majority of your training will be done with a barbell or free weights, giving you an opportunity to train with intention and intensity without needing access to niche/hard to find machines. Your goal throughout these 8 weeks is to progressively overload, meaning each week you will challenge yourself to pick up a lil more weight than you did the week before. Your next priority during this time should be to eat, drink, and sleep. Recovery is a necessary part of growth.

    About Sarah Hryniewicz

    Online personal trainer

    I found my passion in fitness almost six years ago. I began training bodybuilding, then transitioned to powerlifting and finally strongman. Throughout those years I have competed in one body building show, and three strongman competitions, became a group fitness instructor, and have done personal training as well.
