This is an 8 week program that I created mostly based around hypertrophy using minimal equipment (barbell, dumbbells, cables). The main goal during these 8 weeks is to build muscle by utilizing progressive overload. Keep in mind that rest, recovery, and nutrition all will play a part in the amount of progress you will make during these weeks- so train with intensity but stay intentional with your lifestyle outside of the gym as well.

About Sarah Hryniewicz

Online personal trainer

I found my passion in fitness almost 10 years ago. I began training bodybuilding, then transitioned to powerlifting and strongman, and then olympic weightlifting. Throughout the years I have competed in one body building show, and three strongman competitions, became a group fitness instructor, and have done personal training as well.
