What are the goals of the program? To get you moving at home! There are so many body weight movements and movements that require minimal equipment that can help you build strength, stability, and a love for fitness.
How to schedule the program into a week? This program is a 4 day split. Working it around your scheduled and how your body feels is all it really takes! Two days on, one day off can be a good place to start🥰
What do I need to participate in this program? Very minimal equipment! A band or two, and if you have dumbbells to utilize during body weight movements, great- if not, no worries!
