Shoulder mobility Routine

A. Shoulder Mobility Stretch Routine x 3 Sets (bands): A1. PVC or Banded pass throughs x 10 reps (you can use any long PVC/broomstick or long resistance band) A2. Banded Pull aparts x 20 reps A3. Banded lat stretch x :30 sec/side* A4. Doorway stretch x :30/side** A5. Downdog to updog x 1 minute *if you don’t have somewhere to perform this lat stretch, you can perform a kneeling lat stretch by getting into a child’s pose position, with one arm outstretched and gently twisting your upper body away from that arm until you feel a stretch in your lat
