If you want a quick workout (or a good finisher for back day) try this AMRAP with a set of dumbbells! For women, I recommend 10-30# DB's, for men, I recommend 15-40# DB's

Hard and Sweet!
Git in 5 rounds plus 5reps burpees, 5reps bent-o-rows and 5reps cleans. Used 2(20lbs) DB.
