What are the goals of the workouts? These workouts are designed to help you build muscle & burn fat in 15-30 minute intense circuits. Each day focuses on a different muscle group or theme and we'll target areas like legs, glutes, back, arms, shoulders & abs to help you build a strong and beautiful physique!
How to get the best outcome of the program? Pick and choose the workouts that support your goals (targeting the muscles you want to build) and make sure you're using challenging weights and intensity. If a circuit feels too easy, try to increase the weight on your dumbbells! If your goal is fat loss, make sure you're also being mindful of nutrition (check out my insights section).
What do I need to participate in this program? Most workouts can be done with only dumbbells and/or bands but I work in options for those of you who have access to more equipment (like barbells, pull-up bars, kettlebells, etc.). I also provide options for those of you who are more advanced and familiar with the more challenging Crossfit movements. In short, I really tried to accommodate most set-ups & skill levels but if you have any questions about substitutions, please reach out!
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? The workouts are for all levels. If you’re more advanced, make sure you're using heavier dumbbells, pushing your intensity, and choosing some of the advanced alternatives that I provide.
