Each week includes 4 lifting days targeting biceps and triceps, legs, back and shoulders, and full body—giving you a balanced approach to building strength from head to toe. We’ll focus on functional movements—like squatting, lunging, pushing, pulling, and rotating. These aren’t just exercises performed in the gym—they're movements you use every day.
