    Hi, I’m Sarah! I’m a Certified Personal Trainer, full-time marketing coordinator, dog mom, wife, sister, food lover, and fitness enthusiast. Life is busy—but I love every minute of it! My fitness journey started early when I began playing club volleyball at age 10. That competitive spirit carried me through years of training and eventually into playing college volleyball, where I discovered my deep love for health and wellness. Over the years, I’ve combined my personal and professional experience in athletics, fitness, coaching, and teaching to become a CPT. Fast forward to now, I have the pleasure to train 1:1 with amazing clients, create custom training programs, and now design workouts for all levels here on Playbook! It's been a fun journey and I'm excited for what's ahead!
