If you are ready to take your glute training game to the next level and achieve a strong and beautiful backside, then this is the program for you. This is the first part of the BOOTY BUILDING trilogy and includes three strength training sessions per week: two leg sessions and one upper body session. After these 4 weeks, you'll have laid a great foundation to advance to the next step: BOOTY BUILDING Level 2. To complete this program, you'll need access to a gym, as we use a variety of machines, free weights and equipment to get the most out of each workout.

It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
