To lose weight, shape up, and get rid of that fat!
How to get the best outcome of the program?
The way to succeed with this program is to not only follow my guide, but really give me your best effort. Don’t just hit play and give me half effort. Engage your muscles and really give me 100%. You already invested the time, get something out of it!
What do I need to participate in this program?
Get a set or two of weights (2’s/3’s for beginners; 5’s/8’s for seasoned), a mat, and a resistance band and you are set! Hit play!
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
The great thing about my program is that the workouts are designed for any skill level. You can modify ANY exercise you need to in order to keep up
How to schedule the program into a week?
I recommend following this 21 Day Fat Blaster program 21 days in a row. I built in days where the workout is only 10 minutes long. You can do this, but if you need a day rest, of course take it, but try not to take more than 2/week
