These workouts are really helping with my lower back injury and pain…I modify push ups and plank but the weights and training are awesome!

It was great! This is my first time. I love that you push us but it’s not too hard (I struggled at the end though!). Would like less counting only because it makes it harder to know how many are left 🤣. So maybe just a last 5 countdown? Just a suggestion. Thank you for the great workout.
