Keep your muscles flexed the whole time you do this 10 minute arm and back workout. The only time you should “relax” is switching exercises.

I enjoyed the slower pace. It helps me feel successful. Sometimes I struggle with not giving up when I am having a hard time keeping up. Always a great workout though. #funnycommentinworkout (because it is actually raining today 😀) Happy Friday
