It was alright.. Good but slow, but maybe show was intentional.

I enjoyed the slower pace. It helps me feel successful.  Sometimes I struggle with not giving up when I am having a hard time keeping up. Always a great workout though. #funnycommentinworkout (because it is actually raining today 😀) Happy Friday
