Took last week off to demo a real estate property to rehab, and I don’t think I could have endured that without training consistently. It’s cool to get gains and look good, but now you’ve gifted me endurance and stamina to take on our physical labor jobs! Thanks for all you do! These circuits mean so much more than esthetic!
