What is the goal of this collection?
To check and learn about proper form for all of our main movements and modifications that can be used in place of other movements. I want you to go into your workouts with intention. Besides striving to increase weight with our lifts, our main focus should be performing each movement correctly and getting 100% out of your workout. Watch these videos to view good practices and common mistakes- then correct your form! If you want me to review your form never hesitate to reach out to me! Also, let me know of any exercises you would like to see!
Who are these tutorials and modifications for?
Any one! We should always be rechecking our form through all stages of our fitness journey! I know there are a lot of people who have decent size home gyms (including barbells, bumper plates, cable machine option). I would love to share modifications you can use in place of the machines you may not have so you can participate in a gym based program. Always feel free to reach out to me with any questions you may have or movements you would like a modification or tutorial of.
