Today’s workout is focused on building all around strength for the abs, the center of everything.

This workout is great for those working out at home, in a gym, or may travel a bit but still want to maintain their ab strength 👊🏾🔥🏋🏾.

Complete each exercise for 3 sets for best results✨

Equipment Needed:
- None

- Begin on your hands and knees
- Round your back and exhale to tuck your chin
- Arch your back and inhale look forward and up

Cat cow

- Begin with your feet wider than hip width apart.

- Next, moving your torso only begin creating circular motions as wide as you can.

- Repeat in the opposite direction.

Mobility - Trunk Rotaions

- Hold your arms and legs extended above the floor
- Keep your core engaged and your lower back on the floor

Hollow body hold

Reverse Hollow Body Hold

- Hands directly under your shoulders
- Back is not flat, upper back slightly rounded and crunch your abs
- Keep entire body tight as you hold position for time

High plank hold

- Lie on your right side, legs extended and stacked from hip to feet. The elbow directly under your shoulder. Ensure your head is directly in line with your spine. Your left arm can be aligned along the left side of your body.

- Engage your core muscles, drawing your navel toward your spine.

- Lift your hips and knees from the mat while exhaling. Your torso is straight in line with no sagging or bending.
