What are the goals of the program? Testing The Waters Workout Series is a unique blend of exercises designed to help you build strength, eliminate pain, enhance your mobility and flexibility, strengthen the heart and lungs, and enhance your confidence by learning how to fight👊🏾🔥✨.
Each 30 minute workout will contain the 7 elements of The Primal Colosseum, which will help you not only become “Your Own Champion”, but also teach you how to create a body that will serve you for years to come. These elements include joint mobility, foam rolling, animal and primal movements, boxing and kickboxing, yoga, core and hiit training.
It is highly advisable to skim through the workout to get a clear idea of how everything flows and what to expect.
