Summer is coming… and we’re not chasing skinny- we’re building STRONG. I’m so excited to announce the XFIT: Built for Summer Challenge, designed to help you get stronger, lean out, and step into summer feeling confident in your body- without extremes or burnout. This follows the same structured strength style I personally train with, focusing on smart splits, real progression, and consistency that fits your life, using minimal equipment whether you’re at home or in the gym.

Inside, we’ll lock in simple daily non-negotiables like intentional movement, hitting your protein, staying active, hydrating, and prioritizing sleep- because small habits done consistently are what build real strength and confidence that last well beyond summer.

Let’s do this. 💪
