- Start in a plank position with your feet on your core sliders 
- Drive your knees towards your chest one at a time back and forth 
- Increase speed as you feel comfortable

Core slide mountain climbers

- Begin with feet on the core slider at 90 degrees from your body
- slide your legs inwards, keeping your back arched and core engaged
- Straighten legs back down and kick 

PERFORM 8-10x Each side

pike to kicks

- Get into position both palms flat on the floor and in a high plank position 
- Push back and up with your foot and extending your leg upwards
- Lower your leg back down by driving your knee inwards 
- Keep your core engaged

glute kickback knee drives

- Keep your hand underneath your shoulder, and feet stacked on top of each other
- Press your hips toward the ceiling to make a straight line from head to toe and hold 

PERFORM 30 seconds EACH SIDE

Side plank hip raises

- Perform a push-up
- kick your legs out towards your chest 
- Alternate side after each push-up
