I would suggest doing one of my full body home or gym programs in addition with this to make sure you're working your entire body throughout the week! Beginner: 2 sets Intermediate: 3 sets Advanced: 4-5 sets I recommend that you opt to complete 10-12 reps of each exercise but do not limit yourself to just that. You should always try to push past your comfortability. If you're more advanced, you can do higher reps. I started my fitness journey pretty much by accident, I was never athletic nor did I play any sports growing up but when I began training in 2017, I was hooked almost immediately. However, fitness was a very male dominated industry. A lot of people, especially women, were highly misinformed and fearful of weightlifting due to the stereotype of looking too ‘masculine’. My passion was and continues to be, changing that narrative and teaching others to change their lifestyles and improve their quality of life. If I can do it then anyone can. What started as just posting my daily workouts on my social platforms, blossomed into the launch of my fitness brand, Sandra Okeke Fit (SOFIT for short), later that year. Having experienced the benefits of eating healthy and weight training, I became a personal trainer in order to help others do the same. With a growing audience of hundreds of thousands of people around the world, my methodology flourished into a diverse online training program with various challenges, programs and meal plans that provide high energy training using creative techniques in exercise science, cardio and strength training for the purpose of helping women reach their fitness goals and appreciate their uniqueness. Now one of the top leading fitness trainers/Influencers in Nigeria, I want to motivate you to go after your own goals. What are the goals of the program?
The goal of this program is to help you activate, and tone up your glutes and Abs. I always recommend you transition to the gym after a few weeks in order to get the BEST results!
How to get the best outcome of the program?
Be consistent! And work hard , results do not happen overnight
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
All fitness levels. If you’re a beginner, go at your own pace. You can lessen the sets or reps if it’s too much for you. If you’re more advanced, increase your sets & reps if you need to!
How to schedule the program into a week?
It’s important you fit your workouts into YOUR schedule. Make sure you choose days that you can stick to and be consistent with so it’s easier to be consistent
What do I need to participate in this program?
You will need a SOFIT glute band , a latex booty band and a pair of dumbbells. Dumbbells are optional but having weights are great additions to your routine!
Will this plan help me lose belly fat?
No, You need to do more than just Ab workouts to lose fat. Fat loss occurs when you are in a calorie deficit, and you’re doing full body, compound movements which burns more calories. Also, you cannot spot reduce.
